Healing has been a lifelong goal and joy for Dr. Barnes. To pursue her career in healthcare, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Oregon. Later, she furthered her education in healing at Southern California University of Health Sciences. She earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She was twice awarded Certificate of Internship for outstanding proficiency in clinical practice in chiropractic and acupuncture/oriental medicine. She was twice granted membership to Delta Sigma Scholastic Society of the Healing Arts for both degrees in chiropractic and acupuncture/oriental medicine. 

 

Dr. Barnes is a licensed chiropractor by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She is also a licensed acupuncturist in California by the Department of Consumer Affairs Acupuncture Board.

 

Dr. Barnes obtained a Radiography X-Ray Supervisor and Operator Permit in California issued by the Radiologic Health Branch of the California Department of Public Health.  

 

For years, Dr. Barnes enjoys treating others in their healing journey. She is excited to assist in restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit!
